    • Communication with you will only be in relation to quotations, sales orders, progress reports, complaints etc.
    • Your data will be stored on Presscos own Server and this server shall be secured from theft, damage etc.
    • Your contact details shall be used in relation to Presscos Customer Feedback Survey which is issued via email every 18 months approx…

    Customer data shall be stored on Presscos server but this data will never be shared with any other company directly or indirectly. It will never be used or sold to any external provider or marketing agency.

    • improve Presscos internal Quality Management System

    Every customer has the right to request the data that Pressco stores on its server about them. This includes and is not limited to name, email address, phone number and order history etc..
